I'm not clear what you mean. For example, when I convert FLAC files to mp3 files for use on portables, I have it set to use the "cover.jpg" artwork in the album folder to automatically create embedded 500x500 artwork files for each mp3 file. this is under "DSP effects" > ID TAG PROCESSING > MANIPULATION. Looking at this I think you can also select "export to" to create a new cover.jpg or folder.jpg, not just embedded art.
