    CD Ripper Trial

Greetings to all, Please forgive my lack of knowledge on this forum but I've just got a new Apple Mac Air (so all new to apple Mac) and I purchased what I thought was an update so to take away the trial version of CD Ripper but after I thought I'd uninstalled the trial version and reinstalled the full version, it seems I've still got the trail version.

Like I explained earlier I've got this new Apple Mac which I'm struggling to use right now so maybe I'm doing something wrong on the computer?

I'd be very grateful for any help on this please?

I know there is some help available but I'm struggling to get my head around all the jargon.

    Thank You..

Uninstall by dragging the application to the trash, you should then not see any icons for dBpoweramp in the launcher.

Then you can download the registered version and install it.

    Thanks for your reply.

I actually removed the trial version and re-installed but it still indicates trial version.

Not sure what to do now.

not sure what I paid for (18GBP) to be honest.

What is the filename of the install you are using?

Asset is not dBpoweramp, they are two different programs. Asset is a UPnP server.

Hi,I know that Assett is a different program but that's what comes up when I register.

I still get the trial version even though I've removed the trial version and put my order number in.

I'm confused as to how to sort this out now.

    Re: CD Ripper Trial

That was the address that was on the screen at the time and I did think it was a strange address but hey ho, I'm still no better off here.

I can download Asset no problem but I don't need asset just the CD Ripper and all the features it provides. I have tried remote the 'trial' version with success but the CD Ripper page says I've got eight days left of the trial.

I don't think I'm doing that much wrong here but hopefully someone will help me out here.

Like I explained in an earlier post, I'm not that good with computers and I've got a new Apple MacBook, (a gift) which is great but hard work for the like of me.

I have purchased many licences over the years but maybe I'll have to buy a new dB-Poweramp licence?
