Attaching album art to purchased music tracks

I have encountered a problem in using Perfect Tunes. Its tool box on the top right of the window, which allows adding folders and files, has disappeared. The folders containing music tracks are not recognised by the album art programme. Appreciate any help to solve problem.

You would add the new folders (actually the root folder of your music) in the main PerfectTUNES launcher program, rather than within the album art program.
