Normalize Volume Suggestions?

Hello all. I'm wanting to introduce a friend to a group(The Decemberists) that doesn't have a greatest hits album, so I'm going to choose some tracks from across their albums. I'm wanting to ensure they don't have to grab the volume dial between tracks, so I plan on using the Volume Normalize DSP plug-in, and am looking for setting suggestions. I plan on using EBU R128 as this seems to be the accepted standard for streaming mastering of stereo tracks today. But, how do I decide the "Desired Volume" and "Maximum Amplification" values?
