Displaying the album name

Is it possible to make an album display in a list of albums
like this ?

%DATE% - %ALBUM% {%ORIGYEAR%, %ORGANIZATION%, %RELEASECOUNTRY%, %CATALOGNUMBER%}

The tags are there and spelled out.
