    Hi

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking. But take a look ripping to [Multi Encoder]. Then you can set the CD ripper to rip to WAV and also other codecs (FLAC, mp3, etc.) all at the same time.

edit: but there doesn't appear to be a way to "rip" all the tracks and delay any encoding to the very end. Encoding is done after each track.

    hi
    i mean
    1) is there a spin up feature (for example cdex can do it) ?
    2) is there a way to rip all the cd in wave (with metadata) and after encode all the tracks (flac or ituens aac ) and delete the wave files ?
    sorry for my poor english
    thanks

Not much point in this, with the Accurate function in place. There would be no advantage to delaying the rip until after some spin up period. And converting on the fly uses multiple CPU cores so they don't affect the current rip process.

CD Ripper >> Options >> CD Ripper Options >>

    Spin up Time

We once came across a drive which would only rip accurately after reaching full speed, 99.99999% of drives do not need this option enabling

You can see the option is near the end of the list.
