I think I need the latest build, but cannot figure out how to download my registered

Installing on a new machine, I get the following error when I try to install codecs.

Error whilst running 'C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\dBconfig.exe

I have r16.2

I found a forum thread on installing the latest build, but it denies me access because I just created this account and this is my first post.
