Transfer my license from one OS to another?

I bought the CD ripper/perfect tunes package about a year ago and was using my OSX work computer to back up my CD collection, but my employer has recently disallowed the use of external CD drives so I can't finish my backup project with my work computer anymore. Is it possible to transfer my license to a Windows laptop?
