My Muso 2 will not play or even see the Flac files after the upgrade to 7.4 on a iMac.
The material is stored on an external hard drive and the files have and folders are all shared.

Try doing a rescan, refresh all in Asset.
On the configuration page, does it shown the correct number of tracks found?

Please do that.

I have pressed the 'clear database and rescan folders' button and absolutely nothing has happened....
Does it still list a track count? or that is now zero?

Thanks for the bug report.
Please folow these steps:
1) Open Asset configuration, Troubleshooting tab, start logging.
2) Status tab, clear database. Wait for indexing to finish.
3) Browse your Asset library with Naim, try playing some music.
4) Go once again to the Troubleshooting tab, download normal configuration dump, email to peter@dbpoweramp.com for analysis.
Thanks.
Thanks but I think I have it working now having rebooted my phone and put the music with a shorter file path in the main directory. Did a rescan and restart of the uPNP. Not sure which one sorted it but the combination worked.
If it happens again I will follow you step as and email you.
Many thanks for your prompt attention
Chris
I think I have sorted it now thanks. I rebooted my phone and rescanned the files with a restart of the uPNP. Deleted and reinstalled the the Naim app. Restarted the upnp and it now seems to be ok. If it happens again I will follow your steps and email you.
Many thanks for your prompt attention
Kind Regards
Chris
It is likely the phone cached some old entries from the old asset. Removing and reinstalling the app removed that cache (on the phone).
