Configuring Folders

I have Asset UPnP on a zen mini 3.
On the Asset folders page, I accidentally removed folders from media and playlist sections (by hitting X).
I added back music in media. That seems to have restored functionality.
What other folders should I add back to restore default set up?
What is purpose of the various folders?

You only need one folder added normally, the root of your music.
