all ripper rips audio cds but dbpoweramp didnt rip

i bought dbpoweramp, cause it was good, even if i have eac and other.

now, i have a problem, the programm i spend mony for did not longer rip dbpoweramp

all the other stuff, that cost me nothing, worls fine.

it seems the problem is, for unknown reason, my win10 say, when i insert an audio cd,
0 byts free from 0 byts - i have searched the www to solve that, but find nothing them
the hint: disconnect drive & reconnect - i did so and the 0 byts free from 0 byts was
fixed to correct data 0 byts free fopm 700mb but now its back

no ripper has a problem with this, but dbpoweramp did not longer rip, all i get is error ....
all other ripper, i pay no mony for works fine: eac - xpburner and so on ....


i cry out for help, the only ripper, i paid for, make no rip ......
