Issues with ripping 12 CD Box set

Ripped the 12 CD boxed set of:

Used the following:

However it put ripped files everywhere:

I was hoping it would have placed the 12 CD's into one folder.

What is the best way to rip multiple box sets.

Each of these CD's have the same CD Album Name.

Some were flagged as compilations which they were not, others with different artist track names.

I tried to fix this at ripping time, but things really go messed up.

Tried to fix it with Meta 2 tag editor.

If the 12 CDs have not the same album artist, set the compilation flag for all 12 CDs and delete the album artist tag for all 12 CDs.

The album artist is Metha except for a few CD's. The track artist show the composer, like Mozart.

The album names were exactly the same for all CD's.

The ripping really made a mess of the metadata, a few were marked as compilations, most were not, and could not tell why.

Spent better part of a day with Meta 2 changing all the metadata,and reorganizing the folder.

Has to be a better way.

Based on your naming string, if the album you're ripping is flagged as a compilation then all its files will get created under

Compilations\[album][IFMULTI]\Disc [disc][]\[track] - [title] - [artist]

Otherwise they'll get created under

[IFVALUE]album artist,[album artist],[artist][]\[album][IFMULTI]\Disc [disc][]\[track] - [title]

NB: If album artist isn't populated then artist will be used as a folder instead.

When you're ripping you need to decide how you want them stored, and tick Compilation or populate Album Artist accordingly. dBpoweramp will do its best, but it won't get it right all the time.

From the Discogs link provided, they have established that the "Album Artist" is in fact "Zubin Mehta & the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra". I would include this, as well as all of the individual tracks artists.

If you prefer to keep this set under your "Compilations" folder, you will need to set that flag. I personally would leave it unchecked and allow CD Ripper to store it under the Album Artist Zubin Mehta...

You could re-rip, but since that is already done I would just batch edit the entire group of files to reflect these edits.
