How to edit the list of Artists on ID-Tag?

Is there a way to edit the list of Artists on ID-Tag?
In the attached photo you can see that if I type "Vario" (begining of Various Artists) the drop down list shows a lot of false and unnecessary options.

The list is generated from our servers, it is not possible to edit it as it comprises every artist known to PerfectTUNES.
