    Newbie

    Hi I am a new user so please excuse

    I have just bought and installed db poweramp successfully I want to rip my CDs to my external synology nas but I am not sure how to do this how do i select the correct path to the nas the only option i see in the path box is music is that to itunes music I am using an imac if the albums have ripped to music on itunes how do i get the album from there to the nas any help would be appreciated

    If using OS X you have to first mount the nas network share (so you can browse it in finder) then you can select it in dbpoweramp.

    Thanks Spoon the nas is mounted on dbpoweramp the path says music which I think is referring to the music folder on the nas when I open the music folder the flac files are there but they dont show up on the nas music selection I have to go to the nas and create a folder then upload the files to the folder which seems a convoluted process I used to use MAX and it automatically created a folder in the synology nas and installed all the flac tracks am I doing something wrong

    Here is what I just tried, so I mount the nas by opening finder >> Go >> Connect to server I mounted a 'music' folder.

    Then in CD Ripper I click set next to Path, and under locations select the nas, then select the music folder on the nas, after clicking open the location in cd ripper is shown as '/volumes/music'

    If it is just showing Music then that is the local music folder.
