Not reading track names

I just bought and registered a copy of the software yesterday.
I ripped a few CDs from a compilation collection, everything went fine for awhile.
Must have inadvertently changed something in the configuration. All of a sudden, I am no longer seeing title names on the screen before ripping.
I spent hours trying to figure out what to do, including reinstalling the software, nothing worked.

Check your security software (firewall) is not blocking CD ripper.

Also look in dBpoweramp control center, advanced settings

There is an option there to disable the internet.
