Problem with Editing ID tags - in Windows Explorer or via Perfect Tunes

I am having a big problem, i have a set of audio CD files and i edit them in Perfect Tunes, and/or via the editor via right click within windows explorer. the edits simply do not take. Anyone having this issue? I just upgraded to the latest versions of both Perfect Tunes and dbpoweramp.

Also in Windows 11, any way to get the integration with Windows Explorer to be more seamless???
