Neby Question Blu Ray conversion

I want to convert MP4 files direct to M2ts files.
Can I do this via DB Poweramp Video converter ?
I cannot find a Codec on DB Poweramp to do this?
Currently I can do this on Nero and Ashampoo, but only by making complete Blu Ray disks and then copying the M2Ts file, which is slow and cumbersome.
Any help would be appreciated.

Any plans to do this in the future?

Is there a reason why conversion programs do not offer this Conversion?

m2ts is part of blueray encoding, it is not normal for these files to be used off the disc.
