ripping is not working

when I start dbpoweramp, i got the familar mask with the buttons Rip, eject and so on.
but as soon as I insert a CD, then after some seconds, the header is gone and instead of the header icons stands "retrieving cd metadata" and "reading Music Brianz".
Doesn't matter, what kind of the is in. Then I deinstalled the version of dbpoweramp and updated it newly to 17. Still got the same error.
I added two screenshots. Whats wrong? can you please give me some advice, Tahnks

It could have been Musicbrainz was down for a short while, try now.
