Control Point Can’t See Asset

I’m beta testing a control point that can’t see Asset. My other control points can see asset just fine. Is there anything I can tell the developer that he needs to implement differently to see Asset? The beta app can see all other servers I’ve tried.

It could be a million of things, the developer would have to install Asset and see why.
