Album Art and Maximum File Size (KB) for artwork

If ID Tag Processing > Manipulation > Album Art doesn't work as it does in Batch Converter, how do I restrict the maximum file size (kb not pixels) for embedded artwork in TuneFUSION?

Advanced Sync Options : 'Max Art Size'

'Max Art Size' is in pixels, what I'm talking about is a restriction in the file size, in kilobytes.
