Laptop doesn't see my new Nimbie

I'm trying to configure dbPowerAmp to use my Acronova Nimbie, but my laptop doesn't seem to even see it. Nothing shows up under "Conifgured Drives," or "Unconfigured Drives."

Windows Explorer doesn't show it either. I've restarted it a couple times with no luck. I don't know what to do next.

You would have to speak to nimbie the drive should show in windows file explorer.
