Songs ripped as separate folders from same CD

Next Question - When ripping some CDs, songs from same CD get ripped into separate folders?????? Any way to prevent this during ripping process??? Thanks.

What is your file naming string? by default the album is kept together, unless you have changed the naming.

These CD's are usually compilations of various artists. For example: Down From the Mountain - Live Concert performances of O Brother Where Art Thou musicians. I have not renamed - just stick the CD in the drive and hit Rip on dbPA.

If it is compilation CD ensure the checkbox at the top Compilation is checked, and the disc will be written to 'Various Artists' folder.
