Possible to convert from WAV to FLAC and retain ReplayGain tags?

Hi. If I have 1,000 WAV files with Replaygain Tags, and want to convert them to FLAC, how do I do that without having to rescan ReplayGain?

dBpoweramp Control Centre >> Advanced Settings

uncheck the 'Drop Replaygain ID Tags' option.
