    First time user!!

    Hi.
This is my first time using Video Converter and I could use some help.
I have a bunch of old family videos from an old video camera that are in QuickTime format.
What's the best encoding to use for me to be able to edit and save to a DVD or other storage device so I can give the kids a copy that can be played on various devices.

    Thank, Don

You are best to write to mp4 files (H264) everything will play those files, and instead of trying to write a DVD just pass them the files directly, by email, or:
