Reinstall Windows 10 and new SSD

Hello
Im about to discard my old HDD and replace it with a brand new SSD. I will reinstall Windows so everything will be lost.
How can reinstall dbpoweramp and perfect tunes and keep the rights to use both?
I have the installation files for both dbpoweramp and perfect tunes.
I have an email that says "This download link stays active, it can be used to reinstall or upgrade to a later version in the future "
Im not sure if the same link will work for both dbpoweramp and perfect tunes.
I only have one email but I have both programs.

If you have the installs already downloaded, copy them to the new computer and install.
