folders added to left view pane

How can folders be added to the left view pane? Some containing my music are there, but not all.



I tried to "add folder" to music library, but it seems to just chug away at snagging album art. The left pane's folder tree is unchanged.



Windows 10, reinstalled R3.3, no change. Thank you!

Those folders are not scanned by PerfectTUNES when an artist view, etc is selected, that view is just there for quick tag editing, it shows the same as windows file explorer would.

Some music folders, marked in orange, are there.



However, they are not in Windows Explorer, below. Do you know what may have caused them to populate? Thank you for all your great information.
