File Names greyed out in Perfect Tunes

I’ve reCently installed registered Perfect Tunes. When I look at my albums, the FileName is greyed out. I want to be able to edit these and remove the prefixed 01, 02, etc on each file name. Anyone know why this is greyed out and uneditable?

PerfectTUNES has never allowed the editing of filenames, but is a good idea and will add.

Thanks for the quick response. I'm a bit confused as I've been editing FileNames and Titles within Perfect Tunes on a Mac before batch converting in DB to get rid of the numbering on the file names. Something is weird where I can't do it on my computer (Windows 10) .. -
