Can dbpoweramp process ac3?

Can this program convert ac3 directly to mp3 or ogg? . I don't want convert previously ac3 to wav with other programs....I'd like to do with dbpoweramp but i don't know if it's possible.

Perhaps with the winamp adaptor and a winamp ac3 decoder.
