Too many error tracks

I am a new user. I ripper 30 cds to flac and removed my thumb drive and put it in my dac. The tracks sound super. I had a few tracks that were not matched as secure, but not many.

I came back and now 95% of the tracks are coming up with an error code. I put some very main stream discs in so I could be sure there were no bootlegs. I also set CD ripper options to rip direct to final file names.

Ideas?

Have you C2 error pointers (secure options) checked? If so, uncheck it and try again. The other possibility is a dying drive.
