CD change is often not recognized

I bought a new PC just for ripping CDs.
Since the new PC I have the problem that CD Ripper often does not read the CD after inserting it.
About every second time the CD is not read. (The PC always recognizes the removal.)
I often have to click the rescan button three or four times before the CD is read.

The PC has four drives via external SATA and 2 via internal SATA - and CD Ripper is started six times.
I've been doing this for 4 years without any problems. But very often the new PC does not update the CD change.
The recognition does not follow a logical pattern.

Does anyone know whether a screw has to be set on Windows?
Could that be because of the SATA cards?
But the problem appears on the internal as well as external drives. And these are different SATA card manufacturers.

It is likely to be the interface, or drivers for the SATA, have a look in the bios and see if can put the SATA in a different mode.

    Thank you.
But unfortunately there is no way to change this in the bios.
Also, some CDs hang when reading MusicBrainz. If you eject the CDs, the ejection is not recognized.

You can uncheck musicbrainz and see if that helps.

The update 17.2 to 17.3 solved all problems.
The CD change is now recognized immediately with 17.3.
With the 17.2 it sometimes took a minute (or more) to recognize a CD. The 17.3 recognizes the CDs in a few seconds as soon as they are inserted.
We already had doubts about the new PC.
