Apple Mac Big Sur OS update

Currently run Video Converter, Ripper and Music Convert on Catalina 10.15.7 with no issues. Apple recently released Max OS Big Sur 11.1. Does any one know if impact Video Converter, Ripper and Music converter will have any issues if I upgrade. These are all the latest versions.

I just purchased and dragged the download to applications in Big Sur and it will not open.
If there are really no issues, I need help.
