Cd Ripper MetaData Not appearing on iMAC OS Big Sur 11.1

Cd Ripper MetaData Not appearing on iMAC OS Big Sur 11.1
HELP please? I have 30 cd's to rip onto my NAS and no joy on any getting any Meta Data.
The settings show it is searching all the databases, the Circle Blue arrows spin then stop spinning and nothing is returned.
CD Ripper is ripping but all it has is data I type or Track 1 etc.

Do you have security software which can block cs ripper?

Hi, only security is Apples & Bitdefender and the CdRipper is on the latest version of dbpoweramp ie Release 16.1
Bitdefender 8.3.0.8 does not list dbpowerAmp as having ever been an application that it either blocks or shows as being allowed access
I used the previous version 15 of dbPoweramp prior to Big SUR wit no loss of metadata access.Turning Bitdefender shield off does not change the lack of getting metadata

Hi Sorry hadn't succeeded in downloading AND installing 17.3 The Apple file is marked as DMC...... not dB...... so I kept reinstalling old version and not understanding why it didn't show up as the correct version No. It really would be helpful if the App showed the ABOUT Window so that we could see what is running.
Still CD Ripper is running now.

For working metadata it is best you are on R17.x

The version is shown by running the main dBpoweramp icon from Finder, on the page where you select CD Ripper etc it shows the version.
