Music filing

I have managed to convert a load of stuff to DSD (fantastic results)problem was when I tried to separate normal music from an upsampled computer thew a fit. Now all in deleted but as files not in folders. is there a way to get them back into folders automatically?

Run them through the ARRANGE AUDIO dsp with batch converter.
