    Problem with key disk

Hello. I'm using an external ODD and the model is LG's gp62nw60

    And i also using EAC.

Despite the ODD equipment released in 2018, offset detection using Keydisk is not possible.

The disks I used are The Beatles 1 and Daft Punk's Discovery.

Is there anything else I missed other than using the disk in the Key Disks list?

It's very confusing. I believe someone can help.

Have you used these CDs before to configure a drive? They could be a different pressing to that in the AccurateRip DB.

just keep trying with popular CDs. It can sometimes take 10 or 15 disks before it configures. And sometimes only one.

You should look at the top of this page. dbpoweramp, the forum you are on, is--in my opinion--a better ripper than EAC. Certainly more user friendly. And the dbpoweramp creator also created AccurateRip database.

Hi All, Is there any way to check if my Buffalo BDXL has Read into Lead-in or Lead-out, or do I have to keep inserting disc's to get the configure Accurate rip page up?

They are two separate things, AccurateRip and read into lead in and out. To work out the latter is very difficult and involves mastering a special audio CD.

To configure accuraterip keep feeding CDs.

Hi Spoon, Thanks for quick answer, sorry should have worded better, I'm just running a marker pen disc and the signs are it reads the first few tracks then starts to error so my drive may have read into lead in and out, can I assume the master disc has to match one in the database so popular disc's are best?

                Thanks Steve

The marker pen test, this tests for c2 error pointers.

                  Yes popular discs.

Hi Spoon, Many thanks for the advice, having run the marker pen test it detected C2 error pointers in my drive so I set up Ultra rip with those guidelines, after feeding several disc's I did get a "This disc can be used to configure" but when I clicked OK it said it could not, do I just keep feeding more disc's until I get a OK message?
                    Thanks Steve
