R17.2 - It is possible to save/upload CD info(Meta) to any database ?

Hello,

It is possible to upload/save CD info(meta) to any data base ? Previous R16.x it was possible. R17.0 & 1 both cannot do that. I've just update to R17.2, but cannot find the way either. May be I missed something. Please advise. Thanks.

I could be wrong on this, but I recall that the uploading of metadata was only to the "freedb" database. The owners of that database have shut down the database as of March 2020. So it is now impossible to upload to it. (Some programs have a saved version of the freedb database as of the time it shutdown, but I doubt it can be added to any longer.) See:

Any chance there might be a beta version available? I'm hoping to rip a large number of canadian indie albums over the next few months and so far very few are available in any database. It would be great to submit directly from dbpoweramp.
