What does re-rip to CRC mean?

Does that mean ri-ripping not the whole track but only part of it that didn't rip well?

It was one of the options when I did a right click on a track for purpose of re-ripping.

I think you must have misread the message. There is no such thing as re-rip to CRC. There could be something like "re-rip in order to MATCH CRC" or something like that. Getting the same CRC across multiple passes is how dbpa tells you have a SECURE rip, assuming you can't get an AccurateRip match.
