Tag from filename in dBpoweramp 17.1

I'm trying to work out how to set an ID3 tag based on the filename.

Older posts in this forum refer to a "Tag From Filename" DSP but I don't see that in my DSP list. There's also talk of "Utility Codecs" but the only Util codec I have is "ID Tag Update".

Has this feature been removed? Some googling led to pages on the dbp website which also refer to this non-existent Utility Codec and the codecs download page doesn't have it.

So any pointers would be welcome.

The utility codec Downloads are .exe files only. What about Mac OS users like me?

They are already installed as standard in OSX dBpoweramp R17 or newer. Look at the list of encoders you can select from.

it was just the documentation and forum posts I read that made me think I have to install them separately,
