Genre / Album by Artist won't show all albums…

I'm new to the upnp thing, so i'm just trying to understand the whole thing…

Anyway, I've just discovered I can browse all the albums of a genre sorted by artist (which is how I usually browse my collection).

Great, BUT it looks like some albums won't get displayed in this 'view'.

If I just browse by Genre > All Albums, there I see all my albums for that genre (unfortunately they're sorted alphabetically).
When i go for Genre > Album by Artist the resulting list is often incomplete… which is QUITE annoying.

I don't know if this is a (known) bug or what.
Am i missing something???

Wait!

I think i found the answer by myself (maybe useful for whoever is having the same problem), albums won't show up if album artist tag is empty (sometimes I use the artist tag and leave the album artist tag empty...)
