PerfectTunes 3.3 Tag Editor Not Displaying by Sort Order

Perfect Tunes 3.3 Tag Editor is not displaying the artists or albums in order per the sort tags when selected. The artist stay in alphabetical order even though half the library has the sort tags completed (I am working toward doing all the albumsort and artistsort and albumartistsort tags.)

Am I misinterpreting the meaning of sort by sort tags or is there a bug in the software? Do all the albums need sort tags for it to work?

The tag editor is designed like this, it is not a player rather a tag editor. If you had rogue sort tags then you would never be able to find those files.
