Button "Fix Albums" missing

I can not find the button "Fix Albums" to correct all albums with one click. That's why I bought the software!

Fix what, exactly, i.e. what does 'Fix Albums' mean to you?

I want to fix bad or missing album arts. In the help I read: "The process is automatic, one click on Fix Albums, sit back and watch your art correct". I have a 'Fix' and a '...' button on the right side of each cover, but I don't want to click 1000 buttons :-)

To test "PerfectTunes Album Art" without waiting for 2 hours I only scanned a subtree of the whole music library. If there are only a few albums to fix, the button doesn't appear. If I scan the whole library the button will be displayed. So I am satisfied with this.
