Another Issue With Double Quotes, R17.1 Beta 13 for macOS

Came across another issue with double quotes. Using dynamic naming, [genre]/[album]/[disc] - [track] - [maxlength]128,[title][]. When double quotes are used, sometimes the metadata for a track will not be written. Change to single quotes (or no quotes) and the metadata does get written. Change back back to double quotes, no metadata.

The bad behavior is not consistent. Ripped a CD this morning where all the track names had double quotes, the first three tracks had metadata, the last two tracks had none.

Config tar is attached. Happy to provide debug logs...

Fixed in beta 14.
