PerfectTunes doesn't play music tracks?

I just bought PerfectTunes, because I thought as a manager, it would also be a player with playlists, data about each track, play options. But looking at it, doesn't seem so. Am I missing something? If it won't work as a player, can someone suggest a player of the quality of illustrate's other apps?

It does not sorry. You could try foobar2000 (on Windows) it is very customizable.

(and yes, PerfectTunes is not a player or player software)
