R17 not installing

    R17 not installing

    Hi Spoon,
    I'm trying to install R17 on a Windows 10, 64 bit computer - I get the message in the attached pic.
    I've completely removed all traces of R16 - I ran the reset programme and shut down the computer - I still get the error message.
    Help please, Colin

    You can safely click Yes to continue the install.

          It just means the system has pending file actions which need a reboot, some systems always have these (on a reboot a program might perform actions)
