    Db ripper a disaster

    Dear Sir or madam

I posted recently stating that a software update had prevented the ripper from working , but I got it working by uninstalling the software .
Well Dell/Microsoft updated their software again and the ripper would not work .
I therefore set my PC to restore to remove the updates.
This led to my PC crashing and I had to return it to Dell .
I have been without my PC for 10 days due to this .It has now been returned by Dell and everything is working other than the reinstalled Db ripper .
It recognizes the disc but just does not rip it .There is just a blue circle which goes round and round .
I paid £60 for something that led indirectly to the collapse of my computer and does not work with a PC which has been reset .
Can I have my money back or get a product that works ?

the blue circles have stopped and now it simply states Error in respect of every track and states "unable to open file " I have tried this on five separate CD's all with the same result .

Try to assign a drive letter to your SMB share.

                  'MusicCore\Music\'

That is not a valid path, for Windows a network share is:

                  \\MusicCore\Music\

                    Re: Db ripper a disaster

Have tried suggested path .This has led to the software working .
                    Thanks for the suggestion .
The only issue is it does not tell you when the rip is at an end as it used too.
Hoping the software survives the next Dell update
                    Thanks for your help
