Changing a converted folder name

By converting, I also would like to change a single name of the folder path
from that:
X\ROOT\Author\AlbumTitle\Audio_files.mp3

to that:
X\ROOT\MP3_Author\AlbumTitle\Audio_files.mp3

Actually inserting the prefix "MP3_" in the name of the "Author" folder.

And I'd possibly like to create the new root structure in a different position, as to keep the new converted files separated from the original lossless ones.

Is it possible?
