There is no unlocking process. Just download the registered version of your software here:

Don't publish your registration code!

Hi
I purchased the cd-ripper, installed it on the pc, worked perfect, but after 2 days it showed an error ( impossible to rip), I removed the program and did a new installation: it worked. Now the same happens. Must be a problem with the registration, although I didn't see any menu to fill in a key or the code I got with the confirmation I recieved after buying the software.
Regards
Luc
Again: there is no registration or unlocking process. You better look for possible problems with your security software, which might disable dBpa.

What exact error message was shown?

That seems very strange, haven't got any problems with security; can you explain why your software functions perfectly during the whole trial period, and after purchasing no more than 2 days!!??
Luc
Did you change the ripping method (i.e. enabling the C2 error pointers)?
It would be very helpful to give us the concret error message or a screen shot.

Hi,
I removed the program and did a reinstallation, it works again, as before. Didn't change any settings.
When the same error occurs ( hope not), I'll make a screenshot.

Let me guess: N:\ is a network drive.
Dat Ei
it's the ( home) network link to a folder on my NAS
Now first changed the path to a folder on my laptop, ripped 1 cd, ok. Then changed the path again to the N-drive, ripping ok. Can you explain? How can I arrange things in a proper way?

The drive is not ready or not connected, when you start to rip. From my point of view this is the reason, why CD Ripper can't open the file. Make sure the drive is connected, not in stand by and accessible, when you start to rip.

Thanks for the thinking, after changing the paths it seemed indeed quite obvious, I was going in the same direction. You mentioning the N-drive , that's the clue!
