dbpoweramp Sometimes, But Not Always, Doubles The Stored Rating

I have most of my audio files containing a rating within the tags. The rating is stored as an integer from 1 to 5. dbpoweramp will sometimes multiply this value by two. It does not always do this though. I am not sure why it does this at all.

    Attached is an example screenshot.

The tag content within the file is RATING=5.

This is how it is currently set in my options. I have never changed this:

Perhaps the file you are looking at is stored internally on a rage 0-20 that is why it is showing 0-10 because it halves the stored value.

This actually has happened to me quite a bit with many files.

Here is the particular file in Tag&Rename:

Here is the tag info shown in a hex editor:

As stated in my initial post, the rating shows as RATING=5. The question is how is dbpoweramp displaying a rating of 10? This happens quite often.

The issue has to do with stored lyrics in the tag. If I remove the lyrics, dbpoweramp displays the rating properly. If I re-add the lyrics, it displays the rating incorrectly again as 10.
