CD Ripper: Smart Capitalization for albums in French

Hello!
One thing that always annoyed me in CD Ripper is that most of the words in track titles are capitalized, but we don't capitalize titles of artistic works in French.
Could you implement some kind of reversed or regionalized/localized "smart capitalization" feature that would de-capitalize titles? :P
