main launcher page

I cannot find the "main launcher page" so I can configure the converter. I can open the Control Panel, is that supposed to be the "main launcher page"? Your help would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to make sure the .fla radio button is checked so the converter reads them. I was trying to follow the instructions I found to set the configuration, but can't find the main launcher page.

.fla tend to be FLASH video files, you might need dBpoweramp Video Converter.

Install again either the music converter and video converter and the icon will be created on the desktop.
