adding extra plugin

Hello
how possible to add an old plugin to the chain processing
the plugin is called wave hummer from sonic foundry sound fxxxe.
and what is a similar plugin to add in dbpoweramp to make the sound very loud like an orban or omnia preset , to convert my songs and play them on a cd thanks

These plugins are likely only controlled in a special way, like DirectX or VST plugins.

yes Spoon but it is the best that give a loud 0 db music ,like if it is mastered,do you suggest any other plugin to try with my preferred dbpoweramp or do you implement it in a way ?

Use the DSP effect 'Dynamic Range Comrpession' followed by the DSP 'Volume normalize' set as peak to peak .

tried but not lowd as that plugin wave hummer :( i hope it could be a way to get it implemented one day i tried many way many vst hoster to get it work with dbpoweramp :(
